The Serra Preschool is a cooperative, play-based preschool located in California. The school emphasizes creativity, community, and hands-on learning, with an active parent participation model. Each year, the preschool organizes a themed silent auction as its main fundraising event, bringing families and the local community together to support the school’s programs.

I collaborated with the school to develop the event branding and concept from scratch. This included designing the logo and overall look & feel, as well as all supporting assets: welcome signage, invitations, save-the-date cards, menus, table numbers, and digital materials. Every year’s design was tailored to the chosen theme, ensuring a fresh experience while keeping brand consistency.

The designs elevated the event atmosphere and strengthened community engagement, supporting the school’s fundraising goals year after year.
